The surgery is a joke. You can never get an appointment when you need one. You wait for a long time to be spoken to either by phone or in the surgery to a Receptionist and when you do they are rude. It disappoints me that myself amongst many others pay plenty in taxes and national health insurance to be treat like this. If I behaved like the receptionists in my job I would be sacked! Something needs sorting about the service from his practice. I never hear anything positive about the place!

It is difficult to book an appointment with the same doctor you saw last time.

Ive waited over a week for my prescription,and am now out of my medication because the dispencary staff"dont know what they have done"with my prescription form. In other words they lost it again.
